Our selected materials included luxury vinyl tile, carpet tile, walk-off matting with ceramic tile insets, and a neutral beige cove base. These elements combined to create a cohesive aesthetic that flows seamlessly from apartment units to common areas. The luxury vinyl tile throughout the apartments offers durability and easy maintenance, while carpet tile in the shared spaces provides comfort and style. Common areas were outfitted with Patcraft carpet tile, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The fitness center received Spartan rubber sports flooring to provide a safe, high-performance surface suitable for a range of workouts.
